Would you like to gain an understanding of the Honours System? Join us for an overview of how exactly the honours system works and how you can make a nomination for someone amazing in your community or workplace!

Hear from Victoria Abbott-Fleming, a recent honours recipient and founder of the Burning Nights CRPS Support Charity, about her experience of receiving an award.

Also hear from Pippa Britton, an Independent Honours Committee member, who will discuss what her role involves and how honours Committees decide on who does and does not get an honour.

This informative session is aimed at everyone who is interested in the honours system and would like to know how it all works. The event is being hosted by the Cabinet Office and there will be time for a short Q&A at the end.

The event is part of our inaugural Honours Week taking place from 14th – 17th June 2022. Find out about more Honours Week events.
